Favoweb is a web based FRACAS (Failure Report
Analysis and Corrective Action System) tool that facilitates
report completion in the field and remote analysis by means
of an internet enabled network. Below are several screenshots
that cover a range of interface functions. For further information,
download
the Favoweb brochure.

Authentication and authorization window: groups and individuals
are password protected.

After logging in, the Workflow function alerts an individual,
or a group, that a failure that complies to pre-defined criteria
has occurred.

Every group of users can be defined to have reports with different
forms, permissions, and interface appearance. These can be
customized by your system administrators.

Sophisticated and highly customizable reports for engineers
and different levels of management can be implemented and
automated to respond to a given failure.

Examples of these reports include: MTBF, Spare Parts Usage,
MTTR, First Time Yield, and Reliability Growth.

Advanced reporting can include migration to all office enabled
programs such as Microsoft Excel and Word, as well as a sensitivity
analysis of the data using confidence-level values.
