- Sneak Circuit Analysis: SoHaR developed both manual and
automated approaches to incorporation of Sneak Circuit Analysis
techniques into the early design process. The automated
technique, called SCAT, uses an Expert System to analyze
a net list (in EDIF format) to produce a list of parts and
topology related design concerns and will thereby allow
rapid feedback to the designer with resultant benefits to
reliability, cost, and project schedules. SCAT has been
used successfully on a growing list of projects including
armament control systems and fuzes, flight control systems,
and other critical electronics.
- Computer Aided Standards Tailoring: Under contract to
both the U.S. Navy and Air Force, SoHaR developed expert
systems to assist acquisition managers in the specification
of Reliability, Maintainability, and QA standards for a
Statement of Work.
