SoHaR developed a methodology and an automated software tool to model, analyze and
evaluate infrastructure network vulnerabilities. SoHaR’s focus was on the inter-dependencies
of different types of infrastructure facilities and services. The tool offers a
user-friendly modeling environment as well as a strong simulation engine that can
analyze various failure or attack scenarios. Using the tool an analyst is able to
evaluate what types of outages or adverse events can risk other, perhaps more critical,
services and facilities. The tool identifies failures that can lead to failure cascades
in remote or different types of facilities and services. Our modeling and simulation
capabilities also offer resource allocation modeling and analysis to enable decision
makers to optimize resource allocation and sharing in localized regions. For additional
